Disappointed in the service here. My daughter arrived for her 2:50 PM oil change appointment, but the car wasn't finished until 5:30 PM. She was left waiting for over two hours before the service even began, and the staff never offered an update or explanation for the wait. We expected much better communication and efficiency for a scheduled service.

I had the battery replacement done today and i fully appreciate the work done. Seeing the negative reviews I was skeptical if I want to do it here or not but for me the process was very smooth starting from checkin to final reimbursement of the core fees.

I had an appointment for an oil change in the morning at 9:30am on a Tuesday. They said they would just text me when it’s done so I decided to browse the store. I came back An hour later with no text to find my car in the tire bay, Which was odd, but I thought maybe they were doing an oil change over there. I asked them how much longer as I was just getting an oil change done and they said someone had a tire emergency so they were behind. I asked if they could expedite mine as I had already been there a hour an a half at that point, I had a baby with me that needed to get home a nap. They then pulled my car out of the tire bay, and I got a text that they were STARTING the service on my vehicle. They had gotten confused and thought I was getting a tire rotation which I had to make sure that they didn’t do that as I have a warranty with a different business. Needless to say I was there just over two hours for an oil change with a baby and i had an appointment. They could improve on their communication, if they were short staffed or behind I would’ve appreciated a heads up ahead of time or an offer to reschedule. Outstanding Service — Thank You, Billy C. and the AutoCare Team! Walmart Auto @ Supercenter, Fishers, IN I recently brought my 2007 Audi Q7 V8 to the Fishers Walmart Supercenter for an oil change, and I want to highlight the excellent service provided by Billy C. and the AutoCare team. European vehicles can be a bit particular, but Billy immediately recognised the correct top-side service method for my Audi and carried out the oil change with real care and competence. The entire process was clean, efficient, and handled with a level of professionalism I truly appreciate. Nothing under the vehicle needed to be disturbed, everything was done neatly from above, and my car was returned to me exactly as it should be — properly topped off, filter replaced, and no loose panels or issues afterward. Billy’s attention to detail and respectful handling of the vehicle really stood out. It’s rare to find this combination of technical understanding and customer care, and it made the experience extremely positive. I will gladly return to this location because of the excellent service he provided. **Thank you, Billy, and thank you to the Fishers AutoCare team — you earned this praise.**

I called the service center got No!!! Answer that shouldve been my 1st red flag just neede my tire repaired. I called the front desk and got the service center I set an appointment with Walmart service center at 96st 12/2 @8am to have my tire repaired they texted tire confirm then that morning I got a reminder. I get to the service center before 8am. Just to have the lady at the service center inform me i don't have an appointment. I proceed to show her the text and reminder she tells me that not their service center. I know it is I confirmed 96st across from Meijer. Needless to say I didn't get my tire repaired. 😡😡😡😡😡 so pissed off
